hey guys and gals, i am totally interested in CRM. i wanted to know what skills are needed to get into this career. by my research the main companies in CRM are MICROSOFT, SIEBEL, PEOPLESOFT, SAP, ORACLE, E.PHIPANY, ET AL. the question is about functional level CRM:
1. What skills are needed to get into CRM as a career?

3. What are the prospects of CRM in UK?
